New Tellmi Podcast by and for young people

In the new Tellmi podcast, each month we interview a young person who has been impacted by mental health issues, and discuss their journey to recovery.

In the first episode, Suzi talks to Rona about her mental health journey.

Rona experienced a suicide in her friendship group at the age of 11, which caused a period of depression, anxiety and self-harm. She speaks about how her school made her feel isolated and alone, and how she turned to sites like Tumblr to try and find like-minded people.

With the help of her friendship group and finding other people who were going through similar things on the Tellmi app, she eventually stopped self-harming, and is now about to start her first year at university.

Please be aware that potentially triggering topics such as suicide and self-harm are discussed in this episode.
