What We Do
Our mission is to provide mental health support available to everyone, everywhere. Tellmi is a multi-award winning fully moderated, anonymous mental health service predominantly for young people aged 11-25. The Tellmi app safely enables young people to talk about difficult things and encourages them to help themselves by helping each other. Beneath an engaging anonymous peer-to-peer feed, Tellmi integrates the latest psychological research to promote the development of protective factors such as emotional resilience, empathy, social skills, stress management, and coping techniques. Tellmi is commissioned by the NHS and Local Authorities across the UK and works closely with schools, CAMHS and VCSFEs.
The Tellmi app is free to download with premium features in commissioned areas. The app is available 365 days a year, 24/7, and our moderators, counsellors, and therapists are available from 8:30 am until 11 pm every day.
Your role
The role involves promoting the Tellmi mental health service to young people through dynamic outreach and relationship management. Key responsibilities include supporting outreach strategies, building relationships with education partners, and delivering workshops to raise awareness of Tellmi within schools. Travel within the UK is required to engage with partners and facilitate programmes. Success metrics focus on user engagement with the Tellmi platform and partner satisfaction. The ideal candidate should be people-oriented, proactive, creative, and adaptable, with a focus on making a positive impact on young people's mental health and fostering sustainable partnerships.
Your Specific Duties
Project Support
Assisting with the development and implementation of project plans.
Taking ownership of liaising with local schools and supporting their journey from unengaged to engaged.
Availability to host workshops and attend health events across LLR, and where needed, other regions.
Administrative Tasks
Tracking and reporting local schools' progress through the engagement funnel.
Preparing and reporting on workshop activity.
Maintaining CRM records and handling correspondence (emails, phone calls).
Communication
Facilitating communication between various stakeholders (emails, phone calls).
Coordination
Organising meetings, workshops, and other events related to the project.
Stakeholder Engagement
Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, keeping them informed of project developments.
Your Experience, Skills and Characteristics
2 - 4 years of experience in similar roles (sales, business development, or customer relations)..
Skills
Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely. The ability to host workshops, predominantly for students.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with team members and stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during project implementation.
Solution-focused: Ability and willingness to try and implement new solutions.
Work Independently: Ability to take initiative and progress work independently.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems.

Working Hours, Location and Travel
Leicestershire based:
You will attend the London office near Waterloo twice a month for the first three months and at least once a month thereafter.
Travel expenses will be covered, including for mandatory visits to the London office.
London based:
You will attend our London office near Waterloo, London, at least twice a week.
Internal meetings take place either at our office near Waterloo, London, or Spitalfields, London.
Expenses will be covered, other than for commuting to and from our offices.
