Why Trainmi Matters
Traditional work experience can be difficult to access and new environments can be intimidating. Trainmi is different. It is a structured, supervised, digital programme that supports you while you do meaningful work helping other people.
With Trainmi, you get:
Appropriate training and ongoing supervision so you feel confident supporting others.
A digital training programme that replicates a professional working environment.
Increased self esteem. Using your personal experiences to help others who are navigating similar life challenges is extremely rewarding.
A personal reference and certificate when you graduate from the programme.
The Trainmi programme has been a brilliant way for me to get work experience and build my confidence. For once, all the things I have been through are actually useful because I can use my experiences to help other people. I have anxiety and I am autistic, so I could never work in a busy or noisy environment, but Trainmi has helped me to see that I can work digitally and that is really motivating me to apply for jobs.
