Your Role
You will be responsible for delivering the Tellmi mental-health service through outreach activities and relationship management to ensure high uptake and engagement by young people. You will maintain and grow strong relationships with our healthcare and education partners, for example, the NHS, schools, social services and other providers of youth services. Success of the role will be measured by the number of young people who use Tellmi and partnership satisfaction which will ultimately lead to the renewal and upselling of existing contracts.
You are a people person and this role will regularly involve meeting with our healthcare and education partners as well as delivering workshops and assemblies in academic settings. Travel within the UK is to be expected.
What We Do
Our mission is to provide mental help to everyone, everywhere. Tellmi is a multi-award winning fully moderated, anonymous, mental help app predominantly for young people aged 11-25. Tellmi safely enables young people to talk about difficult things and encourages them to help themselves, by helping each other. Beneath an engaging peer to peer social media feed, Tellmi integrates the latest psychological research to promote the development of protective factors such as emotional resilience, empathy, social skills, stress management and coping techniques. To fund the running costs of Tellmi we sell a variety of linked services to schools, universities, businesses and the NHS.
Job Description
Your Responsibilities
Promoting the app and service to current clients and Tellmi users, including virtual training sessions, in-person events, network meetings and school workshops.
Staying in regular conversation with your clients to fully understand their needs, and organise and host quarterly reviews meetings to provide an update, overview, and potentially talk through new opportunities Tellmi can support the client with that will increase the value the client receives from our service.
Onboard new clients to Tellmi and build strong, long lasting relationships with multiple healthcare and education partners to win trust and confidence.
The delivery of engagement campaigns to your clients, learning and improving constantly.
Assist with the preparation of business cases to support the renewal of current contracts.
Supporting the marketing team in the creation and development of marketing and engagement materials required for your territory.
Liaising with and influencing a number of healthcare and education partners in various roles with the organisation you’re working with.
Liaising with all internal departments at Tellmi to ensure our data, messaging and comms are always as impactful for your clients as possible.
Collate and report on feedback from clients internally to improve our processes.
Ensuring all record keeping is up to date at all times using company CRM systems.
Creation of monthly and quarterly reports delivered to the wider team as updates.
Being an industry thought leader in the youth mental health space who can network/build relationships with ease.
Accountability for objectives, performance and client retention within your specific territory.
Become a role model to the wider team and foster a coaching culture internally.
Hold team members to account against collective and company targets.
Travel to client sites as required.
Other duties to ensure the overall success of Tellmi, as assigned.

Desired experience
At least four years working in the health or education sector with either the NHS or Local Authority services.
Any experience or studies/knowledge relating to mental health or peer support.
Familiar with GSuite tools (docs, sheets, etc)

Working Hours, Location and Travel
Flexible to create a contract based on the right applicant.
You will regularly attend our London office near Waterloo, London.
Internal meetings take place either at our office near Waterloo, London or Spitalfields, London.
You will regularly travel for meetings, workshops and events to the areas that you are responsible for.
Expenses will be covered other than commuting to and from our offices.
